Spoiled Comforter

Bedroom is my favorite place in the apartment after kitchen. I like to sleep, especially after the heavy work day. I have simple and quite way of life. I have dreamt about comforter be on discount and one day I got it. Usually I come home after work, take a shower and lie to the soft and comfortable bed. I have a big bed. I made it by order and it is round. I like unusual thinks. But two weeks ago my step-sister Kimberly asked me to look after her dog Labrador Monty, while she and her husband visiting his relatives. I had no choice and I consented. First he looked like a rather usual and nice dog; we even became friends, while I didn't find him in my bed. As it found out, Kimberly permits him to take place in their bed, it is a usual thing for them, but I'm not Kimberly, I don't want that my bed and my linen smell like a dog. And I turned him out neck and crop of my bed. But on the next morning, when I opened my eyes, first that I saw, was his impudent muzzle. And he even wasn't ashamed. But in fact, it is not his fault. It is all Kimberly, who didn't teach him manners. And I again turned him out; even his devoted look didn't help him. Actually I like dogs, but if they don't bring to a mess my apartment and don't worry my pillows.

So, once upon a time, I and Monty returned home after evening walk. It was rainy and muddy that day on the street, so Monty was dirty. When we entered the apartment, he made a beeline for my bedroom and soiled my new down comforter, bedding and even pillows. I was terrible, but nevertheless, I kept myself under control and didn't shout on him; anyway he wouldn't understand me, because he is a dog. Next day I planned to take the comforter and bedding to dry - cleaner's, but because of my work I wasn't in time, when I came to it, it was closed. And next day after that, I also couldn't make it. But when I finally got the dry - cleaner, I was informed that such ingrained dirt would be difficult to clean. And now my former new and neat comforter has prints of Monty's paws. Several days late Kimberly came that to take Monty back. I had mixed feeling, I was glad that there wouldn't a dog smell in my apartment anymore, but on the other hand I had known I would miss him. And now when I look at these prints I usually remember his devoted look.
